P & S Contractors opened their doors in early 2000.  Our original goal was to provide an alternative to trenching for local plumbing and electrical contractors. We very quickly realized that it was going to be impossible to confine the business to this area only. Within the first six months P & S was awarded contracts in central Florida working with TECO Peoples Gas installing residential and commercial gas lines. In late 2007 Paul was asked to oversee various operations in Alberta, Canada. As a result, he became the Project Manager over several of the Keystone XL and TransCanada Pipeline projects on million dollar projects running pipe under high profile rivers in Alberta and Saskatchewan. There is no one in this area that has the knowledge and expertise that we have.  While we have maintained our customer base in the East Tennessee area, we are well prepared to take on any project anywhere in the United States and Canada, offering project management or consulting on your project or performing the work for you.
